Tzaneen Cash Crusaders - bad service

I wanted to sell my Galaxy Gear S3 Classic watch that is worth more than R6000 but the guy working as a buyer... actually both working at the Tzaneen branch told me they will give me R800. It needs a new strap only because the strap is a little bit worn out. Further It is like brand new. The guy took his time at first and insisted on me to sit and I was not feeling like sitting down because I was driving from Phalaborwa about a hour and 30min drive. When I said and explained to him that I don't feel like sitting down his whole attitude changed and that is why he gave me such a low price I know. They refused to give me names and they did not wear any name badges. I did not even ask for the manager after being approximately a hour and 45min in the shop negotiating and begging for a better price.
