TV Quality

I purchased a TV at Cash Crusaders vosloorus Chris HanI Mall on the 29th March 2026 I am not happy at all we first checked an item with a motion less picture of which I was happy about the quality was topnotch until i arrive at my place place to find out that when the TV is in motion the vision is blurry I reported on the 30th they said i must bring it back maybe the problem is the settings even on the 31st I went there to buy a mouse they told me the same story that i must bring it for settings on the 2nd of April 2026 i arrived there with a TV they tried to test it but it was giving the same quality of which it was blurry at the end of the day the solution was that the mega pixel for that TV were low that is why is giving the quality that is giving there is no problem with a TV since i bought it with R2000 at the shop it means the can buy it from me with R1200 there is no refund because the TV is giving power and the screen is working regardless of the quality they are only interested in buying it with R1200 it means i rented that TV with R800 for five days of which I reported the day after all in all it means they are used to this behaviour and making money out of customers cries I left the TV there because i told a MANANGER that i wont take an item that is of less quality even asked him if he can invite his friends over to watch a soccer game with such a poor quality TV like that He said NO but he have to follow protocols because the TV is giving out power if it was not then it was gonna be something else.
