I bought my daughter a guitar there on the 21st of October 2015 for R389.99, Yesterday 16 November 2015 I went to ask them if I could trade it for something els or sell it back to them as she had gotten a bigger one from a friend and had only used the new one. The salesman said we should sell it back to them as they should give us R350.00 for it as it was still in excellent condition and not even a month old, when we went to ask them and the sales manager said the best they could do was R150.00 as it was now second hand. This is ridiculas as I know for a fact they were going to place it back on the shelf at the new going price because it is still in its box with all the original packaging and cards. I'm disgusted at their service and don't recommend anyone buys there. This is obviously their way of conning people and doing them in.
