TRULY DISGUSTED AND LEFT HELPLESS.

I am completely and utterly sickened by Cash Crusaders in Middestad Mall!!!!! I purchased a Sander at the company they literally switched it on and switched it off again after just to show that I vibrated. Upon getting home, I put it in use and 2 minutes after having it run then it switched off, at first I thought it might be loadshedding and my wife though so as well only to find out the Sander stopped working. I then was unable to return it due to the fact that it was the national strike and they were closed the day after was the public holiday of which I kept looking for the guy that assisted me but that of course was a whole runaround only to get him 2 day after the public holiday. Then I get told why am I only returning it now and I can't get a refund bare in mind it's within 7 days and after him seeing himself that it not longer works still refuses. I paid R400 for something that I really required for work purposes now not only am I not working, I've traveled all the way from Grassy Park to Bellville the entire time daily as I needed to have the matter resolved. Due to Cheslyn's non willingness to assist me I literally gave him the Sander and told him it is fine I don't want it he can have it and left because I was so hurt and disgusted by how nobody was willing to help me resulting in me now no longer working as well. THANKS ALOT!!!!!!
