Treadmill not working

On the 9th of November 2024 I bought a Trojan treadmill at empangeni cash crusaders. In December the treadmill stopped running.

I tried talking to my salesman but he didn’t seem interested and he didn’t answer any of my questions pertaining the return or fixing the problem, and I am here stuck with the treadmill that is not working
