Total *******s of note with no common sense

I waited for over an hour in que to have a loan against my brand new sealed in box cellphone and was told by this arrogant sales person they have to treat my purchase as second-hand due to them being a second-hand store. What nonsense? Cash Crusaders sells brand new items as well which is not sold at 2nd hand price so why rip the customer off when wanting to sell their goods? Worst of all my item cost R1799 and this arrogant goon offers me R700 for a sealed brand new item that they would sell for how much???? I was beyond insulted, beyond offended. Do these arrogant staff at cash crusaders think everyone coming to them is desperate that they would just accept peanuts for their goods? better check this store as its bumping off good people. Disgusted!!!!!
