This happened Yesterday between 12:55pm-1:20pm yesterday at cashcrusaders in kolonade mall

<p>The manager of the cash crusader posted a phone Samsung Galaxy S7 edge on gum tree for sale. Then i called him and we concluded on the price of R4,500 cash. Then Yesterday which is Sunday i took a cab from PTA west to kolonade mall at Montana which cost me R145 just to purchase the phone. When i got there, the attendant showed me the phone which i saw to be a perfect phone. Then i told them i wanna quickly go withdraw money from the fnb ATM so i can pay them cash since the manager told me on phone he can only sell the phone for me R4500 if i come with cash. When i got back to the store unknowingly, this cashiers has swapped the phone to a refurbished cloned phone. But because i trusted them i didn't recheck the phone again cos they already packed it up for me and it was their closing hours. Then i call a cab to take me back to PTA west which cost me another R130. When i got home, i decided to check my phone to see what i just bought. then i found out that the phone is a **** phone. But i couldn't go back cos they already closed then i decided to go next morning which is today 24th of April 2017. Then i took a cab again which cost me another R145. On getting there i could see the workers that saw me yesterday were all shocked. they can't even greet me properly like they did yesterday then i could smell something is wrong. Then they directed me to a guy. then i gave my complain that i bought this phone yesterday and i found out this phone is **** and i want the real one or my money back. then the guy told me the IME number on receipt is different from the one on phone, i was like are u people taking me for a fool. Then the manager who i have been calling came out and told me this was not the phone they sold for me. Then i told him can you play us the footage of what happened lets all see.Then he said i don't have right to that only the judge he can show the footage. Then he started screaming at me that i should leave his store before he calls the police on me then am like really now am being treated like a dog. when the argument was too much then he decided to call the police on me. So the police advice me that i must leave and open a case anywhere i know. Right now am really helpless i wish anyone could help me fight this batter cos i feel so sad that i lost up to R5000 to this store.
