They stole my battery

Hi took in my Samsung galaxy grand premium to Cash Crusaders Dobsonville to pawn it as I was strapped for cash at the time.

They assisted it condition and said everything was fine, they took the phone in and gave me a slip.

Today I went to collect the phone today and the battery of the phone has now expanded and that's not the condition the phone was in when they took it.

I fail to understand how a phone battery can expand when the phone is not being used and charged.

The branch manager Eric was the one who was assisting me and told me that the condition of the phone is not his problem, now you can't n put a cover on the phone without it pushing the screen.

One of the customer advisor's told me that she uses the same phone as mine and her phone has battery problems, I think they swapped my battery and she took my battery because that's not the condition my battery was in.

I am very disappointed at the service I got today, this is not the first phone I have taken my cellphone to Cash Crusaders and this has never happened. They have ****** my battery and they tell me there's nothing they can do about it.
