They have to brought to discipline and know how to treat a customer

Saturday I Bought one of the Dixon tool(ratchet *****driver and Bits set 13pieces),only to Find that I bought a wrong one,I was supposed to buy 15pieces(a bigger one). Sunday I couldnt make an exchange since they were closed. Today when I got there,I recieved the first worst customer service I never encountered in my entire shopping experience from the staff,who claimed to be the manager. I had to even call their head office but still It didnt bring their staff anywhere close to being remorseful,it made matters worst. I was even told to never come back,I was called by names. The manager was so quick to throw cash back at me without even giving me a chance to explain what I am there to do. His words were "he does not want to argue for R50"

As For that other lady with a bad attitude and her friends. I am so gaatvol. They dont even wear name tags,all of them including the manager. They even put up a wrong price, overcharging clients and withholding sales 13pieces had a price of R50 but scanned a price of R40.
