they gave me broken watch

This morning 25th may 2015 the boss said century city don't have the model watch like I had before so he couldt buy it and he suggest I should take 1000 rand I ask him if I can have something in the shop for the diffence so he said no I can't he said I can only take the second hand watch they had in the shop that they wanna to give me the first time when I went to pay and collect my watch that time I told them its the wrong watch that's not my watch so the boss said I can have that watch and the 1000 rand I gree and went to pick it up this morning jenine the manager let me wait very long before she bring me the watch when I get home I took the watch out of the packet and it didn't work they gave me a broken watch I think they tried to spite me at the back of the watch is a lot of marks someone did open that watch before they gave it to me I don't know what they did with the watch I'm very upset and disapointed I don't want that broken watch I want my 600 rand difference or something out of the shop and I waisted petrol up and down no one gave my petrol money back I'm gonna pubish cashcrusaders in the papers if they don't give my other 600 rand or smething out of the shop thanks
