they buy ****** items without reciepts

<p>Hello Peter im very dissapointed with cash crusaders the branch around Lenasia Signet Tarase, ive been their customer they know,. But last year November on the 4th i was house ****** by four Guys who pointed a fire arm to me and they took my belongings clothes, cellphones and my Hisense refrigiriator etc. So because im the customer i had an idea to go and swap my brand new couches, when i arrived at their shop without my couches i was lucky to spot my fridge on their floor with the price so because i wanted a refrigirator for swaping with my couches thats the reason i went to that department. i then confronted the sales person and he called the owner and i addressed the mater and produced the reciept with serial no which he saw and he said i shouldnt worry everything is kept on camera. He then said i should come with my i.d, case No and they removed it from the floor and he took my reciept and made a copy that he kept, so we agreed that i cuold take my time cause i explained that i was broke. Then two weeks went i decided to go there and sell my couches so i can get transport to take my item. i went to them walking from Lawley to Lenz cause i know they offer transport to large items, when i arrived there he agreed that i must wait for three hours for the driver. I then went around for window shopping, when i came back he said thers no transport i must go look for a bakkie around lenz and he will buy them, and explain to the guys i find. As desparate as i was i went and look and found it. We came back and he was not available and the sales guy called him and he said they are old and i must be paid R1000, and all these items i bought at Fair Price July last year so i had no choice to take it so i pay guys bakkie R500. He said i should come back for fridge, i was dissaponted. i took a week and i came back with my I.d and reciept plus my case number. Magicaly they made noise to me with his assistant that the guy came to take it out as he pawned it and i should go look for him and come back with him, and worse they took my reciept and case number with stamp and made a copy. I kept quiet and went home. Please help me this is the first-time i got such a treatment. </p>
