Cash crusaders Polokwane Game Center has the worst customer service, I bought a rougter on us the 27th when I got home it coupe used as an extender I returned it Monday the 28th when I got there the manager by the name of Johan Dendaag refused to refund me and didn’t even bother to come and talk to me he sent his staff member to tell me that there is no refund. The reason for the non refund was not given to me. And yet on the receipt it clearly states that I can return it for a full refund within 24hrs, why are the rules changing. That store is f..... up and cash crusaders is a f..... ******* that things that they can change the rules as they want I want my refund.
