Theft and incorrect information given

I had Pawned an laptop and extended the loan before i miss payments and all this is confirmed via the credit whatsapp conversation with the store. They did not update their system with my extension and they sold my laptop supposedly. Furthermore the laptop was in a bag with multiple contents of which i had told the lady assisting me that i will come back for those as they are not part of the agreement. Those items have disappeared and nobody seems to know where they went. I have been calling Cash Crusaders Amanzimtoti for days and I keep speaking to different people telling to call tomorrow. A gentleman by the name of Elijah claims he is from head office but there is still no progress and he is not answering my texts or phobe calls either
