The worst shocking service ever in all of any shop

Mitchells Plain Town Centre The wors customer service ever in my life just pathetic... Wnt online to check for a ps3 console phoned in and whatsapp a manager told her I would be there in the next 15 minutes i arrived can u believe it I was waiting in that shop for 55minutes God must help this shop owner! up until manager they must fire that manager really I ask meybe 7members in that shop to call immediately 1 of there managers the manager ddnt arrived until after 40minutes can u believe it... Plz anybody this is my personal opinion dnt ever buy there nor there nor online I'm just *** serious about this while i was standing there were like 5 to 6 people also complaining this 1 say he cant find this this 1 sed I must wait for who knows who my God no organization no ergency. No efficiency no leadership no 1 taking responsibility for **** in that shop 2 manager's just wondering no 1 comes and ask sir what's wrong hw can I help nothing for **** sakes I'm running a business and have my own business but that I can't call a business none if I were the owner truly I would fire probably half that staff... A lady called Azola assisted me she just Disappeared after I ask her to assist she gives me attitude my god how this it's then ur Job hw the ****... I ask her multiple times to assist to call a manager none.. Really I would have understood if there were little people in the shop the whole shop was just wondering no assistance no nothing.... Plz this owner need to fire a few people I mean a few people.. N then came a lady by name of nazeema very nice and patient Aldo she took abit long but still she was the only 1.who really wanted to assist me so thank u for a very individual assistance thank u...
