The ****** me of my laptop

Cash crusaders The Reef. On the 16th December 2021 I pawned my laptop for R1300, the contract settlement amount is R1657.55. The final payment date is 14 January 2022.

The pledgors ability to extend is R108.

When I went to pay R110 today to extend my Final payment date, I was told I must pay R357.55. Which is the currency value of the total charge of Credit.

Apparently I was only able to get R1100 loan when I pawned my laptop, but they pushed it for R1300. Because of that extra R200 I was told I must pay R357.55, which isn't what the contract says.

The contract doesn't stipulate that I must pay R357.55. It says I must pay R108 to extend it.

I don't have the finances to pay R357.55. I sold my ladder and can only pay what the contract says. Circling that amount doesn't of R357.55 doesnt explain why I can't pay what is typed in BOLD LETTERS R108 to extend my final repayment date.

I do not remember ever being told of such arrangements, of what I must pay etc other than what is written on the contract.
