The most dishonest store

I bought a phone from Cash Crusaders, Randridge Mall. I returned the phone when the keypad malfunctioned, also noticed a slight crack on the screen. I booked the phone for repairs. I know that the broken screen is solely my responsibility and i was willing to pay for the replacement of the screen. On Friday, 11 December 2015 i called the store and i was told to call later as Hannes went to the head office to collect my phone. On Monday, i called again and they took my number and nobody called me back. <br> <br> I have been dealing with Wilma from the Head Office. i was told that i will only be getting my phone next year. They are only telling me this now! I hate ***** especially those who deal with customers. What happened to honesty?. The repair costs exceed 50% of the purchase price. <br> <br> It doesn't seem like anyone cares. i regret buying anything from Cash Crusaders. They do not know the true meaning of customer service.
