THE MOST AWFUL MANAGER(RUDE,NASTY,DISGUSTING MANNERS)

The cash crusaders store in kolonnade have the most ****ty manager on this side off the planet, He’s full of nonsense and most of all his super rude to his customers when ever they want to return or exchange a product from their store... but what ****ed me off the most was how he treats his employees, they don’t have a place to eat their lunches even on a rainy day they are still eating outside. I was at the shop on Saturday and the manager(PERCY) was so ugly towards a customer who wanted a few days grace on their contract and he said the customer must come back to buy that item on the retail floor, even after the customer explained his situation he was told still, “the only way sir is for you to come in on the retail floor and buy it back. What was shocking was, according to the customer the contract is expiring the next day, but he’ll only have money the day after his expiration date. PERCY AT CASH CRUSADERS IN KOLONNADE IS A VERY VERY RUDE,NASTY ANIMAL(not human being). The owner should replace him or like the many I’ve come across WE ARE NOT GOING BACK INTO THAT STORE AS LONG AS HE’S STILL THERE.
