Good afternoon cash crusaders so my story starts with a karen at your shop in harties on Monday 22 August, between 9 and 10am to start my story is all of this would have been avoided if they answered the phone, so i bought a welder at cash converters harties in the shop they switched it on and it goes on but it doesn't work,so i decided to pay the store a visit since they never answer the phone, went to the shop spoke to a nice guy told him about the welder, he told me its something i should discuss with the manager who is currently in a meeting, who i waited for patiently, then out of the woodwork this Karen arrives, who started with a rude greeting, so i explained to her that i bought the welder it doesn't work, my 2 year old destroyed my slip, i have proof of payment via bank statement that i bought the welder there when etc, then she got even more Karen like telling me that my statement means nothing i could forge it and it's probably ****, yes throwing around accusations like that to a paying customer, then i told her i wil put this on social media they way she being and that it's really a ****y move, they can surely check the system and see it's clear i bought a broken item from you, now if i was rising my voice or causing a scene she could have responded the way she did then she yelled at me to leave her shop, "right of admission reserved" leaving the shop she sreams at me she has my info on the computer she will report me to the police, luckily you have so much security cameras around you can go look for yourself the situation, so my experience with cash crusaders is they sold me a broken item I really had to work hard for to afford welders are not cheap, not to even want to try and listen or reason then threatening to call the cops on me cause she has my info? So you can use that info for that but not to help out a paying customer, real ****y move and i surely do hope that crazy woman calls the police, cause i would like to see what the case against me will be other then tolerating a rude Karen, thanks for that experience i hope everyone that reeds this sew how you guys run things,
