Terrible treatment in Cash Crusaders Watergate

I purchased a cellphone a Doopro P5 last year, after hardly 2 weeks it started giving me problems, it just froze and refused to charge I took it back the staff said they had other customers that had similar problems. They took it for repairs then it came back, after hardly a month did the following thing I took it back then again repairs I was so angry because they kept saying there was nothing wrong with it as if I am mad and the manager is very rude. I contacted head office who did nothing about it. I left it in that store close to 3months then I remember its my hard earned money, went in Feb to take it and only survived 2months, I feel degraded as a client and victimized in the way I have been treated, yesterday I went there and it was back on repairs with the same story, I was so angry and close to tears because I do not use it..it is always on repairs, I demanded to speak to someone senior and they refuse. This is the Watergate Cash Crusaders, they totally have no regards for customers.
