Terrible terrible service

I bought a sony playstation3 replica joystick late in the afternoon on that particular day. Went home home and used it for a couple of hours with everything fine but then later on I noticed that the right analogue stick was not working properly and it seemed out of place. The game I was playing that night did'nt even use that stick. I returned the following day so that they could exchange the product but as soon as I explained my situation to the manager it was turned around as if I was the one who broke the analogue stick and when I left the store I was fuming and swearing because of their shoddy service. This happened in Queenstown Nonesi Mall, Cash Crusaders
