TERRIBLE SERVICE

I purchased a dell latop from Cash Crusaders Amanzimtoti. After using the laptop for around 2 days, I got warning messages on the latop saying that I should use the laptop's original charger. After my own research, I learned that the charger Cash Crusaders provided me with, is not the original charger. I did immediately made my way back to the store where they said they are going to order me the correct charger and inform me once they received it. This was on 30.07.2024. After a couple of follow up calls they told me the charger was ordered they will call me once they received it. I phoned again today to follow up and today i was told the charger was not even ordered as ye/t. I asked to /speak to management to know what is the issue. From 30/07/2024 up to 22/08/2024 no charger? And everytime i call them, they have a different story.
