Terrible service at Phoenix branch

Poor customer service, I had to wait almost 2hrs & 30 minutes to speak to a manager. First I was told the manager stepped out I waited about an hour I then left the store and said I will return back. I came back to the store and the cashier Alicia said that the manager is still not in without even making the attempt to go and check if his in the office, I then asked 1 of the salesperson if the manager is back and he said yes. I had to wait another 30 minutes as the manager was busy eating. So the manager eats for 2hrs and 30 minutes. The cashiers are unprofessional and lazy at the Phoenix branch. Why be a manager if you are afraid to speak to customers.
