TERRIBLE SERVICE AT CASH CRUSADERS MAITLAND!

I spoke to Cash Crusaders Maitland on WhatsApp regarding an item to loan. Before going into store pictures was sent of the inside, outside, back and front and I was advised I would get R400-450. When I got there I was told the item cannot be taken as it is rust inside. The microwave is in good excellent I AM UNHAPPY AND VERY UPSET!!!! Will definitely not be recommending or making use of Maitland cash crusaders again. Pathetic service.
