Terrible Service at Cash Crusaders, Bluff branch in Durban

I have been into the Bluff branch twice. There were never able to assist me and yet I see plenty of non-high-end equipment and goods in their store. The first time I went in the consultant was very helpful but insisted that they do not have any need for a new hot tray (never been used) and a 32-inch flat screen Telefunken TV.

She said they prefer those big plasma screen TVs. I was flabbergasted and thought If I had that TV why would I bother selling to them. I contacted them again yesterday with a vintage Citizen watch of my late dads. In very good condition and still in its box. A Jeweler priced it at R5,000 and said try Cash Crusaders. When I contacted them, the consultant offered me between R200-R300. I was flabbergasted. So, if I had to accept that amount, they would then mark it for resale at a higher price?

After I expressed my annoyance via WhatsApp the Consultant rep**** they have many watches in stock and they are not selling. So do the right thing and do not accept watches from the get-go as this makes no sense.

My thinking is that Cash Crusaders Bluff branch is interested in Plasma TVs, high end Rolex watches and 20carat gold jewelry. BUT If I had that why on earth would I consider selling to Cash Crusaders then. But on the floor, they have the low-end kettles, phones, music systems etc. So, who are their clients?

It's left me with a bitter taste, and I would never consider dealing with them again and will tell anyone that suggests them in future!
