terrible service and *****s!!!!!

After doing a buy back on a laptop and taking a loan on a laptop that isx4 times the amount of the loan offered i was displease to find out that my goods were sold without my knowledge.

After contacting the store on numerous occasions and for them to take down my details on more than 3 occasions their operations manager sends me a very sarcastic email offering me a laptop at a discounted amount.

i have no recollection of signing a contract that advises that my goods will be sold in a certain amount of days and this instincly becomes day light ******* from an esteemed company.

I requested proof and i am still waiting as i need to take this matter further with an attorney.

the worst service i have experienced to date!!!!!
