Terrible service

<p>On the 28 May i took my samsung tablet phone in for a loan in tsakani mall and on the 26 June when i took it out it had a crack screen. I immediately submit a complain to Dumisani and he directed me to the store Manager. I spoke to the manager and he promised to look at the video footage to determine the condition of the phone when it was first booked in and todate i have not received a feed he back. When i call he keeps changing his story and pointing me back to Dumisane and dumisane points me back to him. This has been going on for two months now and i'm really dissapointed with the terrible service i'm getting from cash crusaders.
