Terrible customer service with repairs

I took a Lenovo laptop back for repairs to the branch in Hillcrest Boulevard, in Pretoria and i still haven't gotten it back. It has been over a week and I told them I'm currently busy with exams so it's a matter of urgency and I'd appreciate it if they would be quick with it but they could not care less. I wasn't even given a time frame on when I can at least expect to get the laptop back. The staff just seems so *********** and always seems to have excuses when it comes to me getting my laptop back. Apparently it's an issue with the company getting money to get the RAM fixed (probably costs R700 at most) and i really do not understand what's taking so long for them to get that done.
