Terrible Customer Service From Roxanne in Kenilworth

I am a regular client who has spent a large portion of money in the Cash Crusaders Stall in Kenilworth

Today I was completely ignored and was the only client in the entire store . When i addressed this matter to Roxanne , I was told that because I am a regular client I don't need to be served at all .
