Terrible customer service at Cash Crusaders, Twin City, Bloemfontein

I received EXTREMELY bad service from Cash Crusaders, Twin City in Bloemfontein. I took my TV in for a loan and made an interest payment on the 26th February for March. I went back end of March with the intention to fetch my TV, when I got there I'm told my TV was sold on the 4th March and there's nothing they can do. I asked to speak to the owner of the store and they point blank refused!! To say I'm angry would be an understatement!! I'm definitely taking them to court!
