terrible customer service
I went to buy a washing machine yesterday,I found the one I liked priced R1299.00 I told the consultant by the name of Russel that I will be coming tomorrow to pick it up and rent a truck to transport it,I went today,my machine is still there with the same price,as I was getting ready to pay the lady consultant tells me that the price is R2999...after a long clash at store level i decided to escalate the matter with their headoffice where i couldnt find help either.I now have to pay the truck i rented but i do not have the product
