Terrible company

I bought a PlayStation 4 pro from Cash crusaders Town square on the 9/12/2023

I got home and connected it to start playing games. The fan noise was so loud that i had no choice to turn it off.

I decided to return the console on the 12/12/2023

I was told that is how these machines are made

I was not happy with it so I asked for a refund and the manager and sales consultant told me that they will not refund my money and I must take something else for the amount I spent

I know that the consumer protection act says I have 5 business day cool off period to return any purchase if I’m not happy.

I would not recommend this business to anyone

Worst business ever

I in the mean time taking them to the small claims court
