Swapping originals for ****s.

Took my Playstation 4 to pawn at Cash crusaders Maitland in Bloemfontein and they swapped my original Playstation controller with a **** old one. I didn't even go the store to complain because I know they are going to say I should have checked my items before I left but the store was nearing close time and it was very busy. I'M really disappointed and would advice people not to take your stuff to cash crusaders.
