Such Poor Service

I am so disappointed in the team at Northmead squad for how they treated me. I went to them in the trust and hope that when i come back for my unit it will still be there. I went to ask for a loan and when i came back to return their money they had sold my product. Even after numerous attempt in communication with them to ask for an extension and when i arrived there they had sold my unit. The manager there couldn't assist me and didn't seem even bothered with my issue. I advise you as customer to NEVER go to cash crusaders no matter how much you need their help. Shame on them
