Stupid "****** ? " Policy

Treated like a ********. I wear a base ball cap, and I was stopped and told to take off my cap or turn it 180 degrees and look like an idiot with a back-to-front cap. Meanwhile 2 youngsters wearing bucket hats with 360 degree brim come walking out. What stupid rule is this ? Or is it because I am white and the youngsters are black ?
