stuff ****** and damaged

We ran into some problems and handed some goods in to the store to borrow money against on the 23-07 we went to collect the goods but one car amp went missing and another was damaged so badly that the manager sed the damage was their fault the amp that went missing from the store their trying to say is not their problem I have spoken to the owner and she's apparently not available the amp that went missing was with them for 4 months but the interest was exepted on it every month while I was there there were other clients with the same problem for instance a lady handed in a gps and a labtop they gave her the wrong labtop hers w ent missing and no gps olso ****** still waiting for so called feedback from the store on the 24th I recorded the manager saying they damaged the one amp and he sed he knew they were having a problem with theft in their storage facility but they hide from repalcing the goods asked the manager for the security footage but the day in question he deleted by accident
