Stuff on buy back, ****** / given to other client

i put my chain on buy back at cash crusaders rosettenville. went today 10 June 2015 to get my chain back, they searched for 2 hours trying to find it after i had paid them to get the chain back. they say they don't know who of the 5 people that have access to the safe took it / if they gave it to the wrong client. my chain is valued at around R 20 000.00. i got this chain from my aunt before she passed away. they don't want to compensate me to the value of my chain or give me the money back that i just paid to release my goods. Can people be so dishonest. i want the value of my chain, i can never get back the sentimental value.
