store stole my Charger
<p>I pawned my laptop Macbook pro along with at cash crusaders sunward park, when i went to collect it i found out the charger has been ******. and the store manager are really not helpful. They just dismissed me and said they need to research, but i am being inconvinienced.</p>

I did speak to Brendaline, I am even more worried because they just don't know what they are looking for. The store thinks its a cable, can you please liase with them.

Finally the store payed me up for the charger that was lost in their premises...after i served them with demand letters from the magistrate court. I would like to thank Brendaline and the manager, whom did their level best to try and resolve the situation. However i still believe such scenarios could be avoided, if a business owns up to a mistake and tries to make amends, instead of making mockery of customers, and by making them run around for what belongs to them.
