Store not open on time, staff inside store

<p>Got to the Alberton branch 5 minutes before their doors were suppose to open. Waited outside for a further 20 minutes. All the customers gathering outside the shop the staff inside could clearly see all of us waiting. Eventually an irritated client knocks and asks what is happening only to find out they doing stock take till 10/10:30 There is no sign suggesting stock take is taking place. I called the store to speak to the manager who was not bothered in the least. This is straight out rude and unacceptable. Disgusting customer service. </p>
