STORE DECLINED TO EXCHANGE FAULTY ITEM

Hello Peter I've had a horrible experience with the above mentioned store in Steeldale. On the 15/01/2016 I bought items n their store to the tune of a R1000.00 and among those were 4 X-Box game CDs 3 of which were working and 1 not working.Due to business commitments I only managed to take it for exchange on the 20/01/2016 and I was told I was outside of their 24 hour return policy.I would like to know what the law of the country states regarding exchanging of goods and if the store couldn't have used their discretion , since I am only asking for one item to be exchanged of the 8 bought.I had since spent over R100.00 which is more than the R80.00 (cost f the disc) they are giving me the run around for , calling their head office and some guy on *** I was asked to call.I need this attended t promptly since it has spoiled my son's joy , he had been looking for this game for ages.
