Store Closing Times

Knowing Monday 22 April is a public holiday, I especially called the Maitland Branch ( which I frequent & am very fami**** with the staff) to find out what time the store will close.

First, the lady who took the call said "I'm not really sure" and then she corrected herself by saying at 16:00. The call was made at 10:14 am and lasted for 24 seconds, of you record your calls you may refer to that particulars.

I live within the vicinity (Kensington), I called the Bolt service at 13:50 and arrived at the store a few minutes after 14:00.

To my frustration, the store was closed.

At this point, my time wasnt a concern but my money was. My Bolt ride cost R22 to get there and R44 to get back home. That is R66, wasted because I was given incorrect information.

The whole idea of me visiting the store, was to sell items for cash, as I'm unemployed, my car was recently in an accident and the last R66 that I had was wasted by driving to a closed store.

I have the receipts of my drives, which includes the times and destination.

I sincerely hope that when I return to the store tomorrow 23 April (which I will now have to do by foot and according to Google Maps will take me 26 minutes) that I will be reimbursed.

I have supported your store for several years and I hope that in this unfortunate instance you will help by correcting this error.
