I got gifted a FIGI phone for Christmas from the Three Rivers branch in Vereeniging. Very happy i enjoyed the phone then months later and the phone stopped charging I do not have the slip my fault but then the worst is the checked on it and the charging bay is broken. I even took the id of the person that bought the phone.
