Hi there<br> <br> I would like to inform you of a ******* franchise owner in Korsten Port Elizabeth. I have given in my Samsung Galaxy Tab S LTE 16GB that I purchased this year January and I borrowed R 1500 on a buy back agreement. According to the owner, the store was burglarised and goods were ****** including my Tablet. The owner has been paid by insurance and he has not yet paid me back the R 8 000 ( R 10 000 - R 1 850 that I owed). I have been trying to get hold of them leaving messages and nothing is coming to fruition. I am going it the legal route way but via a TV show on SABC 2 because I want to expose them. The TV show producers asked me to contact the head office first and report the incident just in case it can be solved internally,I also need compensation for my sim card because it was with the phone, did I tell you that I given them my phone in August 18th and they have not paid yet. This is not the first time something like this happened, when the Newton Park store caught fire, my phone was in there but they paid me without a hustle. <br> <br> Please urgently advise on the way forward because I will not let this rest for any longer. ****** like these need to be stopped.
