Terrible customer service from cashier to management. The management has no idea how their own system works struggling with them for payment to be processed by their bank from 21st December nobody follows up I need to run around. Christine store manager has been helpful to a point but not coming back as she needs to wait on HR don't know how HR handles payment and refund queries the finance department just so clueless and the cashiers think they know everything but stupid.
