STAY AWAY FROM CASH CRUSADERS!!!

ABSOLUTE DISASTER OF SERVICE at CASH CRUSADERS DURBAN.

I had taken my Doogee handset in for repairs as it was still under warranty. There was a young lady of Asian descendant who assisted with my booking of the device. The lady served me so poorly which seemed like she has no customer experience or any Know-How to speak and address clients.

She always has sarcasm in her ways like she knows more than you and as if you are ***********. Coming from a retail background I found this absolutely offensive as if I had a "High School Colleague" talking to me. I went into the store again after a week to purchase an AV cable for my decoder. at the till the cashier had said they do not swipe for payments under R50 which I said fine I will withdraw cash and be back shortly.

The same lady who booked my phone in the previous week was standing behind me and informed me that the Technicians sent Feedback that my phone screen is cracked. This surely did not happen by me and I know the condition of my phone when handing it in. She says with attitude and arrogance that she does not know how it happened when I asked her. I then decided to leave the store for cash and she had said "YOU HAVE 5MINUTES TO COME BACK" and this was at 15.55pm. At that time I assumed the store will close as I ran 3 Blocks and back only to find out the store is still opened. I asked her what time the store closes and she says 5pm, and cant blame me for been stupid and assuming otherwise. IS THIS FOR REAL...??? As I walk out the store she says "Good Bye **** Head"... I turned back and said "have a good day" I was in an absolute rush using my limited working time and left.

I often use Cash Crusaders due to convenience and price. But is this the way huge brands train staff to address their clients ? I was just planning to upgrade my phone after it had come out of repairs and now I feel humiliated to ever step in that store again. Imagine the elderly getting assistance from staff like this... Are they treated with respect & treated fairly ? This happened at the Cash Crusaders Smith Street, Durban CBD. My name is Kamal Chundan, and anyone can contact me I will share my experience with them.

I just want to extend my gratitude to Zakheer Abdool who was the ONLY one to get progress on my situation I faced over 2 months.... The first time he assisted me was the same day I was re credited and taken a new phone from the store. Thank you Zakheer, your customer relations and sense of urgency exceeds that of your colleagues and sets you apart from the rest. Also a young lady by the name of Alisha had also stepped up and concluded a very satisfying service to me. Thank You guys Kamal Chundan
