Staff untrained and clueless

I have been looking at a watch that I would like to purchase from Cash Crusaders. Its one of their new stock items.

I called cash crusaders customer services to find out more about the brand behind the watch...I don't like Chinese *******s. After being transferred 11 times from department to department I am none the wiser!

Not a single person can give me any product information.

I am still waiting for my promised call by the way.
