Staff physically threatening customers

The staff misunderstood a word I abbreviated on my WhatsApp text. He then threatened me by saying I will be assaulted if I come in to the store.

I explained to him in a phone call that I did not write the offensive word and told him what I wrote. Tsk.. not tsek.. he said I will see what happens when I come in the store and hung up. Oratile or something like that was the staff member name

This is unacceptable
