Staff members are ******* at Cash Crusaders Benoni

So, I bought a camera, I am in Cape Town and dealing with the Benoni Cash Crusaders branch. Price for the camera is R750, I asked the manager (via WhatsApp) how I should pay, he suggests a cash send would be the easier option. I send the Capitec cash send of R750. Apparently, the manager asks one of the staff members to go an draw the cash, he sends me a pic of 3 slips showing the code cannot be used, the earliest slip shows a time of 15.18 I then check my app, and it shows the money was withdrawn at 15.17 (at the same atm in Benoni that the other slips are from) i advise the manager, and he says the staff member that drew the cash is adamant, that no money was dispensed. I then contacted Capitec, they log a ticket, and advise they will investigate and revert within 24 hours, the next day I receive a message from Capitec that says their investigation shows, the correct amount of money was dispensed at the atm at 15.17 (remember, the staff member does not have a slip for this time) and that they will not refund me, as the money was definitely dispensed at the atm without errors. So, I get advised (via the g****vine) by the store owner "go open a case with SAP" so that they can get access to the atm cameras and that they can investigate. Anyway, everything was ***** in retrospect, the manager suggesting a cash send should have been a red flag... Anyway, i am R750 out of pocket. And the ******* are still working at Cash crusaders Benoni. I advised the manager today I will be giving a review on the store and the theft... the response was "go ahead" i suppose, I could not get a better response from Cash Crusaders. Now, on the other hand, Cash Converters, completely professional... polite, answers WhatsApp messages in minutes, totally on top of it. Cash Crusaders seems they drag anything off the street and give them jobs, zero customer service whatsoever. I don't want to even mention how often Cash Crusaders staff invites me to "go buy somewhere else then" if I just mention the price might be a bit high.
