Speakers returned for repairs for almos 5 months

I bought a music system DNX PRO on 31/12/2024 and I returned faulty speakers for repairs on 10/01/2025 after purchasing the music system. Although I handed them over within 10 days of purchase, I haven't received a call or update on the status until now. I always call them to follow up then they promise to call me back even the Manager but noone called me back
