I've had a few problems problem. With maponya mall cash crusaders and most of them have been due to issues around behavior of staff the rudeness and lack of professionalism since were in soweto a customer does need to be spoken to in a manner of decency i even have a recoding now of the manager shouting at me asking about how to fix my extension i had 3 items due.. 15/17/19 i paid the item of the 15 the two items i was waiting for the manager to help me with 5 days its around 09:55 i walked in the store and i asked to speak to the manager about and extention i wait for about 35 mins in srore the manager was not around .. i then was asked to give ongezwa my details so the manager can do the 5 days and i can come to see if i can extend them then today im being shouted at that they expired and he cant do anything i even asked him that the camera footage shows i was there the staff is witness i as speaking to zanele and simpiwe at the till i was calling to ask if there is away around my situation instead the manager was very rude telling me i didn't honor my contract how did i not my contact when i spoke to your assistance manager as explained that he will inform the information to you and firstly why is a store manager missing from the store at 10am i will need this situation recified thats why i wanted to call him on the recorded line at work so i can dicpticated the manner i get spoke to everythime i ask for help i even explained to him my financial sitition and i asked him nicely to please bare with me but its been disrected i ned my sition sorted please
