Sold something that doesn't work
Good day I'm very disappointed in the service received at this store
I purchased a laptop from this store on the 15th of December 2023,however hardly used it due to the holidays... When I returned home I charged the laptop but the battery wouldn't get full I thn took it to the store and was advised that I need to buy a new battery how do I need to buy a new battery when the receipt gives me a 6 month repair guarantee
